Shipping policy

Shipments to the United States and Puerto Rico are processed within 2-3 days from receiving the order. Once they are taken to USPS, they may take approximately 5-7 days to arrive. Claims for loss, delay, or handling of the package while it is in the possession of one of the postal services are made directly with the USPS.

If you give us an incorrect, incomplete or non-existent address:

We are not responsible if the address you provide us in the order is incomplete or incorrect. If the postal service returns the package for an incorrect, incomplete or missing address, the customer is responsible for paying for the reshipment. Shipping costs can range from $8.00 to $14.00 approximately, depending on the area and weight.

Postal Service:

Any claim for loss or accident of the package in the hands of the postal service must be made directly to the corresponding company, using the tracking number assigned to the order.
